Great vibes & friendly staff

The staff were super friendly and made everything easy, especially since we were there on NYE. The buffet spread was a hit, and I really loved the halal food options. Just wish the snack bar had more choices. Definitely had a good time!

The gym equipment felt cramped as they were placed too close together, making it difficult to work out comfortably.

the strong musk smell in the pool area was just delightful, like a terrible cologne gone wrong. the gym equipment is so cramped that i felt i was part of a human puzzle! also, after such a dismal experience, where is my complimentary upgrade? i almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

I experienced significant disappointment during my stay at Pan Pacific Sonargaon. The handling of food restrictions by the entrance staff was unwelcoming, as they rudely enforced a no outside food policy, even for residents. the restaurant was overcrowded with non-residents during dinner, leaving a chaotic dining environment and inadequate service at such an upscale establishment.

It was just a well-suited match for a budget stay in Dhaka with value for money. The food was quite expensive, but I enjoyed the great variety in the buffet, which helped me experience local flavors. Try to look for local dining options nearby to save on costs.

the location is superb, very close to a large shopping mall. the staff's attention to detail and friendliness made my stay truly enjoyable. I also appreciated the quick room service and the cozy bar area to unwind. 🍹

Spent 2 nights in a Deluxe Twin Room and honestly, it was sweet! The staff were super chill and helpful, especially on New Year's Eve. The bar area was nice for unwinding after long days. Just wish the snack bar had more options. Can't wait to come back and hang out again!
